Payment schedule:

  • Registration Fee – based on specific program

  • Monthly Tuition is paid through The Studio Director Payment System; on the 5th day of the month
    – Tuition is the same every month for 9 months, monthly tuition is non-refundable
    – 5% discount will be given on 9-month tuition if paid in full by September 5th, please inquire for specific details

preschool payment contract

  • After your child has attended Utah Arts Collective Preschool for 6 weeks, you are under contract to pay tuition for the rest of the school year
    – If for any reason you decide to have your child not attend for the full year, please take your child out before the 6-week period ends so a child from the wait list can be added

  • A $200.00 cancellation fee will be charged if your student drops after the 6-week grace period

  • All registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fees may vary depending on the program your student is enrolled

  • Please drop-off and pick-up your child at the scheduled start and end times
    – if you are more than 10 minutes late picking up your child a $1.00 late fee per minute will be assessed to your account. Please talk to your child’s teacher if there is an emergency.
